On of the world leading and most charismatic guitarists, Tali Roth is Chairman of the Juilliard School Pre- College Guitar program and is an adjunct professor at NYU. She has presented master classes throughout the world and taught at the Aspen music festival. Classical Guitar magazine hailed her "an extraordinary solo and chamber musician” and The NY Times “a marvelous classical Guitarist”. Since her Carnegie Hall debut she has performed as a soloist throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Japan and her native Israel, appearing in such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall (with violinist Midori), Rose Hall home of Jazz at Lincoln Center with Grammy Nominee flutist Carol Wincenc, the Caramoor Center, the Aspen Music Festival, the Tel Aviv Henry Crown Hall, Haiyuza Theatre in Tokyo with Flamenco Komatsubara and Silvia Duran dance companies, in Merkin Hall and Lincoln Center with members of Israel and NY Philharmonics. She has won Top Prize in all categories at the Twenty-Third Masterplayers Music and Conductors Competition in Switzerland and the New York Artist International Competition Award. Luciano Tortorelli graduated in guitar with full marks from the Italian National Conservatoire, he was later awarded a Diploma of Merit from the Academy of Music in Pescara, where he studied with Alvaro Company, who further has been following him drawing up a clear course of the research as far as technique and expression are concerned. He has achieved a Diploma of Merit in Guitar and Chamber Music at the Chigiana Music Academy and he has graduated from the Salerno University with full marks in Arts, completing his studies of composition with the Argentinian composer Eduardo Ogando. He has carried out a very busy concert activity in many countries of the world for important musical institutions as St.Martin in the Fields-London, Ciakovsky Conservatoire-Moscow, Dublin Philarmonic-Dublin, French Guitar Society-Metz, Leakey Memorial Hall-Nairobi, Ravello Concerts Society-Villa Rufolo, International Lyceum Club Concert Series-Florence, RAI National Television, etc. He has been invited to hold Master Classes and Lectures in Italy (universities, music academies, guitar symposiums), Russia (Music Academy of the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow), Finland (Music Institute of Helsinki), Poland (Music Institutes and Guitar Workshops), Czech Republic (Brno International Guitar Festival), USA (Portland Guitar Society) as well as at many International Guitar Festivals.He has edited the first modern edition of Molino’s Sonatas op.2 for guitar with accompaniment of violin, published by Chanterelle-Zimmermann Musikverlag, and he recorded a CD with the World Premiere of Molino's Sonatas op.2 & op.7 produced by Tactus Records. www.lucianotortorelli.com
Students will receive intensive solo coaching & chamber music coaching in various ensemble formats. All students will be offered performances within daily concerts held in prestigious venues in Narni. Students are required to stay in Narni until August 2 included, in order to participate in the final concert. FEES Application Fee: 120 EUR - Tuition Fee: 200 EUR
